Fees

We are a bulk billing clinic because we believe healthcare should be affordable for everyone. Most of our consultations are bulk billed if you have a valid Medicare card.

However, certain consultations and procedures will incur an out-of-pocket fee. If you are unsure, please inquire within the clinic.

The following consultations are not eligible for a Medicare rebate, and you will be required to pay the full amount at the time of consultation:

• Pre-employment medical assessment: $150
• Commercial driving licence assessment: $150
• Insurance medical assessment: $150
• PRP treatment: $250 for an affected joint
• Iron infusion : $150

Immunisation

• Government-funded vaccinations will be bulk billed.
• Non-government-funded vaccines will incur an out-of-pocket vaccine charge.
• Flu vaccination: Private flu vaccinations will be charged at $20. The consultation will be bulk billed.

Shock Wave Therapy

We provide shock wave therapy for musculoskeletal conditions.

• There is a $30 out-of-pocket cost for treating a single affected area.
• An additional $15 will be charged for each extra area.
• If you hold a concession, healthcare, or pensioner card, you will be bulk billed.

For Non-Medicare Card Holders

• Normal consultation: $50
• Long consultation: $90
• Phone consultations: $42 (This applies to patients who are not eligible for Medicare-funded phone consultations under the Medicare guidelines).

Because we are increasingly busy, especially in the mornings, we encourage all patients to book an appointment. However, for urgent matters that are not life-threatening, patients may drop in to see a doctor. Please inform reception upon arrival if you need urgent medical attention. The doctor will triage patients accordingly and advise if hospital care is needed (Warragul Hospital Emergency Department is 10 minutes away).

If you need a longer appointment, please inform reception. If booking online, please select a double appointment for more complex or multiple problems.

Please call us if you need to cancel your appointment at least 3 hours beforehand, as other patients may benefit from the recovered appointment. If you fail to attend your appointment without notification, there will be a “no show” charge. This charge is equal to your consultation fee and cannot be claimed from Medicare.
