After-Hours Care

As a general practice, we are dedicated to providing holistic care to our patients. We encourage patients to book appointments with their regular GPs during opening hours. However, in unavoidable circumstances during non-opening hours, our patients can access after-hours care through the following arrangements:
After-Hours Contact
- Dedicated After-Hours Number: 0428 961 794
- Patients can contact our dedicated after-hours number for assistance during non-opening hours.
- There will be an out-of-pocket cost of $100 AUD for a phone call during this period, which is charged directly to the on-call doctor.
- Our doctors will manage the after-hours phone on a weekly roster basis.
- Urgent Results Follow-Up:
- In the case of unexpected urgent results after hours, pathology or radiology providers can contact the on-call doctor to ensure timely communication with the patient. (there won’t be any cost involved with this service)

- Existing Resources:
- Warragul Priority Care Centre: Operates from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- Nurse on Call: State-wide telephone health advice service available 24/7.
- Victorian Virtual Emergency Department: Accessible for urgent virtual care.
- Emergency Department – West Gippsland hospital.
